"WHAT A CRAP HE IS. I CAN DO HIS JOB BETTER. " Commentary: I am sitting in the toilet (stinks ;P) and making this cartoon. Too busy with work and just not getting rnough time for cartooning :) Anyway, How many times have you thought this about your manager and how many times have you thought this about your employee. The best thing is they think this at the same time. :D Management always believes that the employees are good for nothing. They are a bunch of idiots given a job to perform and they can do that better than what the employees are doing. Similar way employees always have a notion of management of their managers being a group of hooligans who don't know how to manage and how to run the team or company. The irony is in seeing the same person who thinks his manager is an idiot and he can better do his job, starts thinking the same for his team/employees ones he moves into his manager's position...and his team/employees start thinking the same about him :D. So the cycle continues.
